Chowdhury Metal Industries Ltd. (CMIL) is a renowned manufacturer and supplier of kitchen sinks and bathroom fittings. It is noteworthy that CMIL is the first company that pioneers the kitchen sink production in Bangladesh. It started its journey in 1994 under the leadership of ABDUL AWAL CHOWDHURY AND REHENA AKTER, an eminent industrialist couple of the country. CHAIRMAN REHENA AKTER 
Mrs. Rehena Akteris the founding chairman of Chowdhury Metal Industries Ltd. (CMIL). She is actively involved with number of social welfare organizations in Dhaka and Chandpur. She regularly supports the community service with several organizations. MANAGING DIRECTOR ABDUL AWAL CHOWDHURY 
Mr. Abdul Awal Chowdhury is the founding managing director of Chowdhury Metal Industries Ltd. (CMIL). Mr. Chowdhurybelieves in perseverance and dedication to work. In 1994, with the help of his supportive wife, Rehena Akter, support started all kind of kitchen sink and bathroom fittings manufacturer and suppliers’ business in 1994. Reputed as a very social and humble person, he serves as a President of several social organizations. DIRECTOR NURJAHAN AKTER RIMU 
Nurjahan Akter Rimu is the director of Chowdhury Metal Industries Ltd. (CMIL). Sheholds a bachelor’s in computer science and engineering (CSE) from Central Women’s University. She is widely reputed as a very humble and social personality. She is actively involved in number of social organizations at university campuses and at her residence. |
